Thanks to your great feedback and awesome poll voting last week, I learned that a few more of you like the Friday Feedback written out than in video form. I really have fun with the vlogs though, so I'll try to compromise!! If I include a video, I'll make sure to include the question typed out somewhere in the post!! =) Here's this week's Friday Feedback question......
What Christian song/songs have really encouraged or challenged you lately?
As you probably already know, I love music and I can't wait to hear some of your favorite songs! Who knows maybe I'll be able to use some of your answers in my weekly Sunday's Song post!!
Have a great weekend, friends!!

I have always loved Watermark. There are so many of their songs that touch me. And Casting Crowns. It's hard to pick just one.
Lately, I've been thinking about Selah's "I Will Carry You" that I shared on my blog because of what happened to my friends, so that's been an encouragment to me.
Like you, I love music. It's difficult to pick just one song that's encouraged me lately!
Rachel,
Right now Phil Stacey "Your Not Shaken". I have some things going on in my life with my sons. God is using the words in this song to challenge me. I even let PWC no by posting the question God asked me yesterday. I am not alone in the walk!!
Here is the link if you want to check it out!

He reigns! Newsboys
I love it!!!!!
One song that always speaks to me is "Our God" by Chris Tomlin.
One of my favorites right now is "The Lost Get Found" by Britt Nicole. Everytime I hear the song or watch the video I get goosebumps.

I love that song too, Michael!! =)
I've been listening to mostly stuff that comes out of the Kansas City International House of Prayer. The Holy Spirit really draws me in through this style of worship. Also, one song that has been in my head this week is, "My Glorious" by Passion -
God is bigger than the air I breathe, the world will leave
God will save the day, and all will say, My Glorious
And all you ever do is change the old for new
People, we believe that…
Chorus:
God is bigger than the air I breathe, the world will leave
God will save the day, and all will say, My Glorious
The song that is really moving me lately is "Healing Begins" by Tenth Avenue North
Rachel, in worship last Sunday we sang the song "You are God alone ... in the good times and bad ... You are on Your throne, You are God alone" and before the service was over, I was called out to pray with a woman in a crisis. As the week has unfolded and other women have agonized with their sister in Christ, the words to this son have been timely in counseling and in prayer and in comfort. He is God in every circumstance!
Julie....I Love that song!! We sang it a couple weeks ago too. Such a powerful song! He is God ALONE!! Thanks for sharing! =)
Rach,
Two songs that have meant a lot to me lately have been "Faithful" by Steven Curtis Chapman and "Orphans of God" by Avalon. I've also heard some pretty cool renditions of these songs by a talented singer!!! :)
Love those songs, too!! Thanks for sharing, honey!! =)
Thank you for your comments on my blog yesterday. Rachel! I love this post. My top 2 these days are One Pure and Holy Passion by the Passion Worhsip Band and None But Jesus by Hillsong United. They just remind me Who I need to always be focused on and how only He can give me that focus and passion. Looking forward to meeting you at Relevant!
I am enjoying Third Days entire Offering CD right now.
Thanks for your comment on my ifellowship post! I do like your design!

Great idea writing out the question along with a vlog... that ought to be good for everyone! :)
I love Blessed be the Name (the one that says: "he gives and takes away") and my new phone ringtone is Amazing Grace (my chains are gone) by Chris Tomlin. Lovin' it lately! :)
Thanks, Michelle!! Those are awesome songs!! =)
One of my favorite songs is "Thank you Lord for the Sun" by Foster Martin Band - it is an amazing song. Here is a link to listen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcyc5VHs95k
My other favorites are "I'll Fly Away", "It is Well with my Soul" and the prayer of St. Francis and always cry during Amazing Grace, especially when it is sung in Cree. There used to be a Christian Choir called St. James' Refiner's Choir and they did some amazing original work.
Love and bright blessings,
Shanyn
